The only tube that floats right out of the package. This 4-1/2" tube will float with a hook up to a 5/0 size or stand up a 1/2oz jig.
Versatile: Walk the dog on top through brush and weeds, suspend on a SNAG-FREE, split shot or Carolina rig, fish on the bottom with a jig, Texas rig or Wester Weedless Snag Free hook.
These tubes feature vibrant colors, a solid nose that helps hold the hook in place for pitching or flipping, fine cut tails for a tantalizing action and a super soft texture that fish hold onto longer allowing for better hook sets. A perfect bait for fresh and salt water gamefish.
Available in a variety of hot fish catching colors, 3 1/2" or 4" sizes in Floatin' or standard (non floating) models.
The hot bait of the year has been the tube, and Carlson Tackle Company, Inc. has developed a tube jig hook that will change the way most anglers fish a tube bait. This versatile hook has many advantages that other tube hooks don't have. The reversed weighted hook gives the tube a built in erratic action that fish can't resist. The tube can be changed without having to cut the line. The entire hook and weight fit inside the tube giving it a natural appearance and feel, fish hold onto the bait longer allowing for better hook sets. The hook can be rigged weedless or exposed depending on fishing conditions. With this rig you can flip, pitch, cast, or jig a tube. The jumbo size hook fits the flipping style 4" tubes and the standard fits the smaller 3-1/2" tubes. Minnows and crayfish don't get hung up in the weeds and now you won't either with the Western Weedless.
